Heat Treatment and Fabrication

Wear resistant steel plate guarantees its mechanical properties by quenching /quenching followed by tempering. The properties of the processed plates cannot be retained, if exposed to service or preheating temperatures in excess of 250°C. Heating beyond 200°C will have the slight reduction in hardness.

Marking

Standard low stress marking and paint marking on plates. Color coding provided for clear identification and traceability.
